Key points of the technological process of the aloe beverage production line:

1. Aloe cleaning: Try not to damage the aloe leaves when cleaning to prevent the loss of juice. It is advisable to get wet and decontaminate, and clean aloe leaves must be free of dirt, sand and other impurities.

2. Aloe peeling and juicing: Put the washed aloe leaves into a peeling machine to remove the epidermis, the epidermis can be reused after treatment, and the transparent fleshy part after peeling is treated for color protection. Then put the aloe vera flesh with the skin removed into the juicer to squeeze the juice to obtain the raw material.

3. Dissolving sugar: Heat and dissolve the calculated and weighed white granulated sugar with filtered aloe juice, and keep the temperature at 85°C for 30 minutes. After cooling until the temperature reaches about 60°C, filter with a filter cloth.

4. Ingredients: (with 1000 liters as an ingredient unit) original aloe juice beverage, weighed 700 kilograms of filtered aloe juice, and pumped into the ingredient tank. Then pump the dissolved and filtered white granulated sugar solution into the batching tank.

Xanthan gum: Pre-fill 200 kg of filtered aloe juice in a 300-liter shearing tank, and slowly pour the weighed xanthan gum into the shearing tank. After stirring for about 15 minutes, open the steam valve of the shear tank, raise the temperature to 80-85°C, and keep stirring for at least 15 minutes until the xanthan gum is completely dissolved before pumping into the batching tank.

(2) Dissolve the weighed phosphoric acid in stainless steel buckets with 10 kg of filtered aloe juice and pump them into the batching tank.

(3) Constant volume: The weight of the filtered aloe juice to be added G=1000-700-200-10-the weight of the white granulated sugar solution. After stirring for 30 minutes, the pH and sugar content will be tested and the filling will start after sterilization.

6. Aloe beverage sterilization and aloe beverage filling machine

1. Preparation before starting: Make sure that the sterilization machine is cleaned and disinfected before sterilization. At the same time, set the sterilization temperature and control the sterilization temperature at 85±2℃; the sterilization time is determined by the pipeline connection. The current sterilization time of the sterilization machine is not less than 20 Second. And ensure that the pipe connection between the batching tank and the balance cylinder of the sterilizer is correct, and the sterilization starts after ensuring that there is a certain level of material in the balance cylinder.

2. Before filling, ensure that the filling machine has been cleaned and disinfected as required, and ensure that the pipeline between the filling machine and the T sterilizer is properly connected before filling.
